CUSTOM UV PRINTING

Looking to bring your custom printed earring designs to life? The options are endless! Minimum order quantity starts at 10 pairs per design, with a FREE initial design set up. Simply send through your design and we will get back to you with a design for approval.

HOW TO ORDER?

Please email through to willowblanksandco@gmail.com what you are after including size, shape, material etc. We ask that you send your file through preferably as a vector, SVG, PDF, EPS etc. This is the easiest way for us to access your file and print the highest quality possible.

We currently don't charge an initial set up fee like most other UV printing companies so we ask you send the files in the correct format so we don't have to spend hours re creating your design and can jump straight into the artwork for you.

If you are struggling with a vector PNG files can be used in the highest possible resolution file you have, with a transparent background. For printing, it needs to be at least 300dpi at the printed size, but we do like 600dpi or more. If you are having troubles finding these formats please reach out and we can try and assist you. Once an invoice is done up you will receive a proof before final print to make sure you are happy with the design.

HOW DO I GET A VECTOR FILE?

If you are purchasing designs off Etsy they usually allow the option for a vector (EPS, SVG) and if you are working with a graphic designer they should know how to put it in vector format for you. If you are using canva there is an option to save as SVG or PDF and save with a transparent background which we recommend for UV printing.

DO MY DESIGNS GET USED?

Any design you send us remain your property and we will not re sell or offer to anyone else!

WHAT CAN YOU PRINT ON?

We can print on clear acrylic, coloured acrylic. The most popular being your clear acrylic, white acrylic and black acrylic but please note there is many options out there for what we can print on.

HOW MUCH IS UV PRINTING FOR EARRINGS?

Our UV printed earrings are $2.50 a pair with a MOQ of 10 per design. Our dangles are $4 a pair with a MOQ of 10 per design. For other custom UV printing items please email us for a quote.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Please note our current processing time for custom orders is up to 14 business days however we do endeavour to get your orders out as quickly as we can.

WHY DOES MY FILE NEED TO BE A VECTOR?

Although we can work around having a different file we prefer a vector format. As best described by 'Milestones Texas' vectors are infinitely scalable and stay smooth and crisp even when they are sized way up (think business card size to billboard size). Raster (also known as JPEG) images are made up of tiny squares called pixels. These pixels include bits of colour and when combined, they build images. The more pixels in an image the higher the quality. When you zoom in on a image the pixels become more apparent while the details of the image become blurry. Vector images are what we want to have if at all possible to keep your designs looking their best. However if you have a high quality JPEG, we are still here to help.

Can I convert a JPEG to a vector?

Converting a JPEG to a vector will still keep the image as a JPEG even though you converted it. We prefer files to be vectors to begin with. These can be found on Etsy, graphic designers can also do these for you. Here is an example of one you can purchase of Etsy (EPS file)

Usually in most cases when you are purchasing a design they will give you multiple file options.
